Here are some frequently asked questions to help your experience here at Arrowhead Gymnastics even better!

Do you offer a trial class?
Yes, we offer a no obligation trial class. Please call for more details.

What are your hours of operation?
We are available by telephone 8:00am-9:00pm Monday -Saturday. We are open Monday 3-8pm, Tuesday 3-8pm, Wednesday 9-11am and 4-8 pm, Thursday 4-8 pm, Friday 4-7pm, and Saturday 9-1:30.

What should my child wear to class?
Girls wear leotards & may wear shorts. Hair should be up including bangs. Boys wear athletic shorts and t-shirts. NO baggy shirts, zippers, buttons, or jeans.

Are there make-up classes?
Make-ups are available for Tots, Intro and Level 1 ONLY on any Saturday 11:00-12:00 within their current pay period.

When is tuition due?
Tots, Intro, Level 1 & all one-hour classes tuition is due each 9 weeks. Team Levels 2-10 tuition is due each 4 weeks. All tuition is due two weeks prior to the start of the session.

Can I watch my child’s class?
Yes, we have a viewing area in our lobby with chairs.

How will I know when my child is ready to move up?
Moving to the next level is based on skills. The coaches are always watching for students who are ready to move up to the next level and they will let you know when the time comes. We also do formal evaluations three times a year to let you and your child know how they are doing. If you have any questions about what your child needs to improve on, do not hesitate to ask their coach or someone at the front desk.
